Potentially Non-Free Files

This directory and its subdirectory hold files that are probably legally safe to
be shared (thanks to a license, fair use or possibly on the grounds of
"abandonware" etc.), but which are generally NOT free as in freedom. There may
still be free and/or public domain files, it's just that this directory offers
no guarantees.
